Very disappointed with Townend Services. Poor communication, unprofessional staff, and subpar workmanship. The project was delayed, over budget, and not completed to our satisfaction. They left a mess and did not address our concerns. Would not recommend.

This is the first time I have used this company and would not hesitate to recommend them.Called with problem Friday midday, Craig arrived half an hour earlier than arranged at 9.30am on Monday. Fault was diagnosed quickly,Craig went to source a replacement part and returned within the hour to finish the repair. Have already arranged my annual boiler service for later this year as very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

Craig was able to visit my house in a timely manner and repair a leaking radiator quickly and effectively. I have previously used Craig to service my oil central heating boiler, again a task he carried out quickly and efficiently. I have already booked him for a return visit for my annual boiler service and I have no hesitation in recommending him to those seeking plumbing work.

I contacted Craig at Powerflow after my boiler started playing up and was in need of a service. He was very punctual, knowledgable and did a great job taking great care throughout. Craig turned up on time, got down to business straightaway. He explained every detail of what and why he was doing it, this was our first boiler service so a new experience for us. Very pleased with the professional way he carried out the service, very good value for the work involved. Highly recommended.

Can't fault the service we received from Craig when he came to to do an annual service on our boiler. Punctual, efficient and even when he had to come back another day with a part that took him a while to fix, he was very professional. Would definitely use again and highly recommend to others.

Craig did an excellent job of servicing & flushing through our oil boiler. He also removed an old hot water cylinder & moved a radiator for us. I would highly recommend his work.

Craig came and quoted for the replacement of our ensuite bathroom as well as suggesting ideas we would not have previously thought of. We agreed a price, start date and time span for the job.

Craig completed the job on time and to a high standard, we did have to return the sink as it had a defect we had not noticed. Craig supplied the replacement and the bathroom still finished on time. couldn't recommend him enough! thanks for all your help and will be in contact when we get around to the family bathroom.
